2008 Summer League Report 12 June
This week’s matches marked the half way point in the 2008 Magic Touch Summer leagues.
Vagabonds continued their fine form in Division One with a resounding 5-1 against Admirals. Taylormade moved up into third place after beating Occidentals 4-2. The result for Falcons v Outlaws has not been received.
Division two leaders Grouville lost to Pioneers who had been in last position. With the other two fixtures in this league drawn, Grouville still have a 3 point lead, however second placed Grantez have a game in hand. Pioneers pull up to third place.
Les Hirondelles, leaders of Division three beat Fleur de Lys to maintain their position, but second placed Lollabouts were beaten 5-1 by Liberators. There are now 3 teams on 5 points and of these, Liberators have a game in hand.
